Yes, we know, that's a mouthful to say but it'll also keep your mouth full (get it?). Protein pancakes are one of the easiest breakfast options to prepare in the morning and you can change the flavor every single day with the appropriate protein powder blends. Here we highlight a personal favorite which utilizes chocolate peanut butter protein powder and banana's to create this mouthgasm.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancake

Ingredient list:

· 1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)

· 1/3 cup liquid egg whites

· 1/2 scoop Isoflex chocolate peanut butter protein powder by Allmax

· 1/2 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder

· 1/2 banana

· 1/4 cup Walden Farms calorie free pancake syrup


Cooking directions:

· Add oatmeal, egg whites, protein powder and baking powder into a blender with a splash of water and blend to make pancake mix

· Pour pancake mix over stove top on medium to low heat (don't rush this)

· Flip the pancake once it has risen and is capable of flipping

· Top pancake with cut up bananas slices and Walden Farms Syrup
